I have a Sears home warranty contract. Since my refrigerator broke two months ago they have sent 7 technicians to my house and my refrigerator is still broken.
Even though I have a medical emergency which I made very clear on my first call to the warranty department. Therefore, Instead of replacing the refrigerator as they stipulate in their contract they want to send another technician.
I want to sue....Since I have incurred extras expenses due to not having a refrigerator for so long. Please help.
