AGREED!!I will NEVER, EVER order anything from SEARS.com EVER AGAIN!!
After saying the item was available for In-Store Pick-Up, they canceled the order as a "out-of-stock", but my Credit-Card was still charged. I was unable to get anyone from SEARS-CHAT to help, and could never get through to anyone about the problem. Finally, I had to drive to my local SEARS Store (over 10-miles away) on two occasions to confront the Store Manager to get this problem resolved. It took over 45 days from the original order for me to get the $517 due back to me to be refunded on my Creditcard.
If I didn't have better things to do, I would seek an Attorney and/or make a claim with the BBB.At a minimum, I will tell everyone I can about my bad experience and encourage EVERYONE to NOT BUY ANYTHING AT SEARS!!!
