DONT BUY FROM SEARS

I ordered a washing machine. Free installation on delivery. Found out morning of after speaking with delivery person, that a new hose is required for installation. After 2 hours being transferred back and forth between completely incompetent representatives, my call was ended and unable to call back due to "technical difficulties".

I don’t think anybody still does buy appliances at Sears. They are a bankrupt company that doesn’t back anything they sell

Sears - Horrible

i have been attempting to get installation for my garbage disposal for days now. i was on shoe yesterday for 4 hours attempting to get assistance. They finally told me the someone would be here today... i confirmed my location and contact information. I took a day off today and it turns out that sears was sending someone from texas when i live in new york, again i took a day off. i called sears and after now being on phone for over an hour they tell me someone will call to schedule an appointment in 48 hours?? They say they cannot do anything else. I'm angry and upset and pissed off

5/28/2019, Sears agent helped to place Order #89625XXXX 5/29/2019, Sears cancelled my order with email notification 6/13/2019, Refunding was not completed until. I contacted with Sears C/S for many times. Each time C/S explained cancellation with DIFFERENT reasons, and assured that the refunding would be done within 48 hours. But they can'y solved the issue. 6/15/2019, Sears agent (supervisor level) helped to place replacement Order #89681XXXX I asked the agent again and again whether the order would be cancelled again. The agent assured me again and again it would NOT. I still keep the communication trabscript. 6/16/2019, Sears cancelled my order with email notification.

I bought a garage door opener and installation. The installers blew me off 2 times now.

I'm still waiting for someone to call me about this and when will someone come install the garage opener. I will not use Sears again

Sears - Bathroom remodel

I had a bathroom "remodel" done last year. since that time I have had 2 leaks behind the shower resulting in soaked carpet in my walkin closet and bedroom. the new toilet runs constantly, the sink stoppers won't work and water just stands in the sink and the shower door won't stay closed. I have used sears for all my appliances and had my siding done so I was excited to do this remodeling through the company. I elected not to call back as I did not get feedback with my initial concerns ; so I will be out of additional money to get the repairs done.

The installation department takes a week without making an installation order for equipment that was delivered a week ago. The managers of service to the client and installation can not solve the problem. The managers of customer service and installation that can not solve this type of problems should not be leaders of any organization. Terrible service.

I would give them a negative 100 if I could. I was given estimate of $385.00cost for a lennex blower relay installation on an air handler. The estimated labor was $335.56 to install something that takes 5 mins to do. The estimated cost of the blower relay was $50 for an item that you can get off the internet for $20 brand new.

Details
I'm the one who had to call Sears just find out that a tech is not coming or that I was not at home. I'm so upset and frustrated that Sears has the guts to bluntly lie to me and tell me they only have one tech for more than 7 jobs and they can't reach the tech to come.
