I bought a new stainless steel refrigerator and came with a dent on a door, called sears back offered me $200credit and never got it. calling for 3 months now and sometime they see no records of me purchasing the refrigerator and sometimes they see record and cant help me stating go back to the store, I go back to the store they say call the delivery people.
I paid for the new refrigerator and not stuck with dented refrigerator. sear sent me a email on regarding the $200 credit saying no notes are in the system so we cant process the credit.
now its been 3 months of me calling every other day and customer service sucks and they wont give me the names, I alsO heard them giggling in the back ground. SEAR IS BIG FAT LIER, DNT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
