Stay away from purchasing any appliances at Sears. I was promised next day delivery when in fact it took them almost 2 weeks.

Worse yet, after delivering the wrong unit, the second delivery attempt was a waste of my second day off as the delivery team refused to install my washer and dryers because the old units were not unhooked (no one, salesperson, manager, delivery scheduler, or first delivery team told me this). I agreed to have a contractor unhook the unit at my expense and Sears agreed to return to hook it up the next day. However, the agent scheduled for the wrong day! I'm now on my fourth day of delivery with them and have lost lots of time at work. Let's not forget about the condescending customer service reps kept me on hold for 25 minutes and gave me a "too bad" response.

All the while, I've been out of a washer/dryer for 3 weeks and have both the old and new units sitting in the middle of my kitchen. I am returning these items to them and purchasing from ABT
