We have a gas dryer needing a coil, they came out to diagnose, ordered the part, part never came, wonder if they even ordered it, but this part was on another sears truck they just didn't bother to get it from another truck.We had been on their schedule for service for a week and then suddenly they weren't coming.
The lady I spoke with was rude and arrogant, worst customer service experience.
She was arrogant, rude and basically could have cared less, that's the problem with Sears...no service mentality, these people are incompetent, needing basic education is asking too much apparently.
Never shopping at that store again, there are other more deserving stores where we will spend our money.

The most disappointing in user's experience was refusal to fix the problem and lack of caring. If you have a chance, please immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
