Bought a Refrigerator from Sears 16 years ago.It died 7/20/2016.
Called Sears to repair. After a month of no Refrigerator, 5 repair visits and one missed appointment, Sears finally gave me $500 toward a new Refrigerator. Do the math 16 years at $400 a year for the warranty. So I got a new Refrigerator and it was delivered last Friday 8/26/2016.
The deliveryman then said I can't hook up the ice maker because he didn't have a coupling to hook the Refrigerator to the water line. We'll have to have someone come out later. Later never happened. Been on the phone today 8-31-2016 for 3 hours trying to find ONE SINGLE HUMAN that will take ownership of this.
Dream on. Sears is so bad now, no one gives a rats *** if customers are happy or not. All Sears employees care about is, when is lunch and when do they get to go home!

The most disappointing about sears customer care from Sears was customer service does not exist and worst customer service ever Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
