Sears repair service is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.After 5 separate visits over the course of a month, which include 5 separate times of having to take PTO for each of these appointments, they have still not fixed the problem with our washing machine.
From misdiagnosing the problem, to ordering the wrong part, to having Sears switch part providers to save them some money and having that part arrive damaged, the repairmen will leave every appointment having not fixed anything. This company makes you pay up front for services, and have not fulfilled their duties.
Customer service is completely useless and intentionally keeps you from reaching anyone in the billing department, so good luck trying to get them to refund your money on services that have yet to be rendered after a month.DO NOT EVER USE SEARS IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!
