Had a scheduled appointment today between the hours of 9:00-1:00. Well here it is 2 o'clock and no service repair showed up.

After not receiving a phone call from Sears I called them to be told someone would be here between 145 and 345 This is the 7th Time I had to repair the same stove. Took the day off work for nothing. Thanks Sears for thinking that my time is not important. Tried to call customer service only to be blown off and be told that I need to be considerate that the repair man had other customers.

OK really and you can't even give me a phone call to tell me that you're not going to be here.

I'm sure nobody Will call and apologize or make this right from Sears. I hope I never have to deal with your company again

Use another repair company they are going under and their service is terrible. A lot of techs quit or were let go.

If you have a warranty and are stuck with them call the bbb and news media. Rochester, NY
