Worst customer service experience in my life. I purchased my freezer online in April, picked up in May, end of May the freezer stopped working but I didn't realize it because the little green light was ON...

I called for repair and JUNE 27th got a repair guy here to tell me that they won't repair it. They will replace it but I have to get it delivered again, and I need to remove the old one from my basement.

After numerous calls to customer service I have been severely disappointed with my service experience. I worked for sears for so many years and never in my life would I have dreamt that customer service would be so atrocious.

Product or Service Mentioned: Sears Freezer Repair.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $320.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Sears Cons: Call tree routing.
