I recently purchased a new Kenmore washing machine and it has stopped working after only 30 days. Contacted Sears repair and they determined a new control panel was needed.
Then I was told it would take a week and a half because the part had to be ordered. This is a brand new machine and they don't have parts?
Then I was called the day before the repair was scheduled and told they still don't have the part! No wonder they are going out of business if this is their level of service.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
