Wish I had read the consumer reviews before purchasing from Sears on-line. Worst retail experience ever.
Too many departments, no internal communication and annoying scripted responses. Waited weeks for a $2000,00 credit for a cancelled purchase and when called to check on it found out that it was never processed and I have to wait for someone to call me back to confirm... In a couple of days!!!
Wtf... then another 10 days to get the refund?
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of kenmore appliances. Sears needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
