Purchased a top of the their line kenmore elite stainless steel microwave....What I got was a deceptively labeled "fake stainless steel" microwave for almost $800.The handle is all blistered and I have cut my hand several times on it.
It is really plastic covered with a fake covering to look like stainless. Despite hundreds of complaints on the internet, SEARS refuses to remedy or fix unless I pay $249 for labor plus the price of a new handle (between $90 $ $100) UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
DONE WITH SEARS...spent over $10,000 on appliances!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
This person wrote the review because of "defective, poor customer service, deceptive advertising< bad quality" of kenmore microwave from Sears. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $849 and wants Sears to "i would like the handle to be repaired or a replacement of microwave as several people have cut their hands on the peeling handle and slivers of the fake covering have been falling into our food. also the deceptive description of the product should stop".
The most disappointing in user's experience was ignorant communication. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
