We purchased both of these appliances over the summer after buying a house only to have all the kitchen appliances fail within two months of moving in. That's another story, in itself.

So after purchasing a Washer Drier combo and a refrigerator and a stove. We purchased extended warranty's on all appliances as we did not want to be hung out to dry when the mother boards failed like the original stuff.

So the first to act up was the dishwasher, it's an elite so rated at 38 dB quiet...nope was loud! and making funny noise so out came the A&E/sears guy. He said oh no problem it's the fan unit for the drying sequence, so replaced that twice now.

next was the soap dispenser, the door failed to close because the seal became dislodged. It was a month old. Now the stove, another elite unit all were purchased using consumer reports recommendation, yeah thanks. so the stove the convection oven fan failed after 4 weeks, so out comes A&E again and he's been great but I hate how he mentions oh they are all crude now, but he has said good you bought the warranty so at least you are covered for x years.

Scared to think how much these fancy appliances are going to cost me when they go off warranty.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $650.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Do not expect new stuff to fail so often.
