We have an oven less than four months old that quit working after we used the self clean.I called customer service and talked to 3 people.
I was told they can have some out to fix it on February 3rd. Over a month away! I insisted this was unacceptable but I got told that was too bad. Replacing the oven isn't an option until it's been serviced.
They can out me on a cancellation list but no guarantees.This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
