Purchased a stack oven and microwave unit took it out the box had electrician come wire it up and then the oven will not work spoke to Sears manager about a replacement, I never used the oven and the store manager was very adamant about not replacing the stack oven/microwave unit Sears sold me a broken oven I never got the opportunity to use the oven they say that they have a guaranteed customer satisfaction policy where is my satisfaction? The store manager says after 30 days they cannot replace the appliance since I have a protection plan for my appliance they are willing to repair the oven but who wants to pay for something brand new and have it repaired before you can use it that is asinine I purchased a stacked oven/microwave from Columbia South Carolina at the Columbia mall along with a cooktop, refrigerator, and a dishwasher all at the same time. I would appreciate some satisfaction in this matter from Sears you can reply to my comment at
