We bought a Kenmore elite refrigerator and started having problems two years into owning it. Had a repairman out the third year and it was leaking freon.

500$ and he could find the leak plus expenses to repair. I told him don't let the door hit him in the ---- on the way out. $1800 for a class in Sears stupidity. Bought a new Samsung today.

Cut up my Sears card and I'm done with Sears.

I will never walk in to a Sears again. End of complaint
