Sears business practices are unfair to their consumers. Sears should give a longer guarantee on Large appliances.
I bought an LG/Kemore Elite washer and dryer in December 2017 and the pos Dryer stopped working in March 2018. The technician came out on Tuesday March 13 too diagnose (not repair) the pos. Tells me I have to wait until March 23 for another visit to fix it. Stupid system of holding the consumer hostage.
I still have to make my credit payment for March even though I haven't been able to use the pos since March 3. Sears buys CHEAP JUNK FROM CHINA THEN SELLS IT AT PREMIUM PRICES HERE IN THE US BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO BUILD THEIR PRODUCTS HERE.
BUY AMERICAN IS A THING OF THE PAST BECAUSE CO-OPERATIONS HAVE NO CONCERN FOR THE AMAERICA BUYER ANYMORE. I WILL NEVER SHOP SEARS AGAIN!
