Mismanaged from the start.No real contract like everyone else said.

Salesman put me down as saying he was "excellent" in his review which I never even saw. Communication between the salesman, the guy who did the measuring, the coordinator and the contractor was terrible. Everyone passing the buck back and fourth. Rude on the phone one day and over the top nice the next.

Didn't install our stove. We had to pay someone else to do that. Didn't vent the over the range fan. 4 months in and the resurfacing....if you can call it peeling off and has broken off in corners.

The inside of one of our cabinets is all wet where they didn't seal off an old fan that was there. The cou ter tops are great. The company they used for that was wonderful. But like everyone else is saying here, the quality of the cabinets is so poor.

I'm just heartbroken.

Someone is coming out in a few days to fix they said.We will see.
