Bought Levi jeans for $41.00- gave them to my husband two weeks after I bought them. Belt loop was ripped but didn't realize .

Brought them back 31 days after I bought them to exchange the defective pair AND buy two more pair.

Manager, Billy, after making us wait 20 minutes for him to come to the register told us we were two days too late/ 30 day return policy, even for defective merchandise. Have us the call center number but told us it was the corporate number , OR I could call Levi Strauss.

I cannot fathom why consumers fail to check the store's return policy when they buy something. Then complain when the store won't bend the rules just for them.
