Sears LG fridge broke after less than 2 years old. Spent $3k on this fridge.

Called Sears, 2 appointments later that the tech showed early and left. Still no fridge after 3 weeks. They outsource their manufacturing and customer service. China made junk they charge top dollar then try to sell you a worthless warranty.

Sears needs to be investigated for fraud. This company used to be known for quality and high standards. They now have no standard of service. Oh and the over the oven microwave stopped working 7 weeks ago.

Poor products and horrible business ethics. Never will shop Sears again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
