I went to Sears to pick up a layaway and called two days in a row to make sure I can return my layaway with no problem. I went to the jewelry department and or some reason the store manager was there I asked if I could return my layaway she said I can I just have to pay I paid the final payment then she told me to go to merchandising and they told m after a few minutes I can go back and pick it up the manager was there and past me off to another person to go hide in her office and refused to help the lay in the jewelry department that was helping me. I was lied to and couldn't get my money back and the manager pretty much just blew me off and refused to fix the problem that all started with her lying to my face and then hiding.

Monetary Loss: $711.
