First off let me tell you that me and my family have been loyal customers for around 15+ years, never really had problems up until a couple months ago when we room in our power washer to get fixed. First off the had it for over a month, and in order to fix it, it cost us almost the same amount as a new one, well we did it.
When we brought it home to use it, it would not turn on. When we told sears that they wanted to re-charge us to get it fixed. And let me just say, the manager was a rude to us! Their customer service sucks!
Now our second complaint is from this morning, we scheduled sears to come out and fix our fridge, we were given a time frame of 8-12, the guy didn't show/ isn't going to show up till 1:30, he never called to let us know he wasn't going to be there.
In order for us to find out we had to call and complain to sears. This is ***, I'm not sure I'll keep with sears.
