Absolute worst return policy.Purchased a "Craftsman" product with a 1 year warranty when it broke after 30 days only option is an exchange.

When the exchanged product also broke (surprise) I was informed the 1 year warranty does not apply to "exchanged" products.Manager literally said "I know this doesn't make sense" and blamed "policy." I will not purchase anything from Sears ever again and hope this spreads so others don't get stuck with defective products without recourse.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss warranty issue of sears manager. Sears needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
