This is a joke!!!!!! Sears represents their app.repair as top notch meanwhile it's not even on the pole!!!
Service scheduled three times in a month time and they cancelled three times. This was on a broken belt on our dryer and in time we waited one month????
So meanwhile I get sick of hearing rude people and called August Sears appliance manager he tells me because I live in a ruel area I get inferior service????????? I ended up fixing it myself,THIS IS SUCH A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!
