Sears co. is constantly hounding us twice a day on our landline phone for eye prescription service when we already informed them that we are not interested they keep calling us with their automated phone line once before 8:30 am and then again around 8:00 i would not mind but this line is NOT from a real person to even respond to it is completely automatic and completely annoying if we choose to answer this call then Sears will have our home address as well I will take my complaint to the Better Business Bureau

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of marketing calls from Sears. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Sears to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
