I ordered an item as a Christmas gift. Found that it does not work.

It looked like the item had been returned prior to shipping to me. Can not get a refund because it was over thirty days but my receipt states that holiday purchases have an extended return/exchange period. sears states that they are not responsible because the item shipped from a third party vendor. My e-mails are not answered, after four phone calls I finally got a phone number for Olive electric (no answer).

The address they gave for the vendor is an apartment. Never will I purchase ANYTHING from Sears or Kmart again.

Rip off. No wonder they are closing stores all over the country.
