6 days ofter ordering a Levi's duffle dubag on-line ("pick-up at store") there was no contact from Sears. Of course the merchendise was absolutely available when I called them before. After my first complaint They kindy informed me that my order had been cancelled.
Would be OK if they simply let me know about that ASAP after ordering. In that way I would have been waiting half a year with no response.
