OK so I need a part for the Sears Elite Side by Side Refrigerator. I went to my book for the Model Number - it wasn't listed on the book.

So I went to fridge and found label inside and wrote it all down. While I was putting model number in the search box, an online chat representative named "Jennifer" came on and asked if she could help. Sure-why not. Gave her the information on model.

She wanted a description of the part needed. After typing everything, she disappeared, gone, poof. Shameful.

Probably entered just enough to show working. Shameful.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Sears. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
