Not resolved

Recently tried to buy a Samsung tv from Sears. I purchased the LCD online, and was told I could pick it up at my local Sears.

Well, they never contacted me on the due date, and when I called they said it would take another 2-3 days. When that day came I called them again, and was told to wait two more days. Called *again* and they said it was ready. But it was the wrong tv!!

Local Sears manager blamed Online Sears manager, and vice versa. I never did get my tv and it took 2 weeks for my refund!!
