Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Ordering online was a nightmare. Placed on order for $7800 online and without reason it was canceled.

I called, apparently credit card company needed to verify the order was not fraud. Instead of having a mechanism for this, Sears deleted the order. Stayed online with person who was supposed to send me a written cancellation for the order plus input the order for a second time. Did not receive either email confirmation.

But did receive a second cancellation notice that the order had been deleted. Called back, for the second time, replaced the order with a third credit card, and the next morning got a call that all but one item was pending approval. I cancelled the pending item. Waited online with rep till I received a cancellation email on three orders.

Will NEVER order from Sears again. Heading to the Best Buy website right now.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

I didn't like: Online ordering process.
