As of this writing if you go online to sears.ca and order anything large (like a TV) the online system will offer you availability of delivery times twice on the 22nd and 23rd and once on the 24th but once you buy it and check you'll see the REAL delivery date is after Christmas.

I called and, apparently, their phone and online order systems are different (so you can't yell at the phone system one's about the online bugs even though the online system gives you their phone number to call for online support!).

The phone system knows the current available delivery dates are all after Christmas.

So online system is in error - and they admit that but they let it continue which, IMHO, is fraud or at least fraudulent as it is deliberate misrepresentation.Aside from inconvenience it may also cause a lot of broken hearts for people who are told their present hasn't arrived yet.
