Sears Holding Company called today and agreed that they had made a mistake. They promptly refunded the $385.00 as per their Price Adjustment Policy.

Don't ask you don't get. We asked and they responded as per their own policy. Recommend everyone who has a problem simply email smsupport@searshc.com. I assure you they will help and you won't be pulling your hair out after 90 minutes of frustrating phone time.

We couldn't be happier with the fact that they responded so fast but also, they fixed our issue quickly. It helps to get to the right folks.

Monetary Loss: $385.
