I purchased a pro series tractor in August and now it will not move forward. When I called they said they would call back in 48 hours.

They never did. After a week I called back and they said it would be another 5 weeks to look at the machine that is under warrentee and it would cost me $140.

They did not tell me this at purchase and I left thinking I had a 2 year warrentee.

I spend several thousand dollars at Sears but if this is how they are going to take care of customers I will not shop there again.

Reason of review: Bad quality.
