I purchased a pro series tractor in August and now it will not move forward. When I called they said they would call back in 48 hours.

They never did. After a week I called back and they said it would be another 5 weeks to look at the machine that is under warrentee and it would cost me $140.

They did not tell me this at purchase and I left thinking I had a 2 year warrentee.

I spend several thousand dollars at Sears but if this is how they are going to take care of customers I will not shop there again.

This person wrote the review because of bad quality of pro series tractor from Sears. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Sears to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
