Sears scheduled a repair visit to examine our oven for Wed. Jan.

13, confirmed it over the phone. We waited all afternoon, the time that we were told but the repairman never showed up and when I called to ask why (at 5:01 pm) was told I wasn't on the schedule and it had to be rescheduled for a week later. That means more waiting around and living without an oven. I don't know why they confirmed it when I called.

What is more, you have to purchase a warranty before they even show up. I truly hate Sears
