My washer broke down it is still under warranty I scheduled an appointment with tech the tech said it was not repairable he would request replacement. Two weeks pass no one contacts me then I call back this time I am told tech put in note job needs to be done by 2 people I have an other appt scheduled this time no one shows up the third time I scheduled an appointment man shows up stating he can not move my washer unless I sign a waiver I ask me to wait 5 mins for my husband to sign and he leaves my house !!!!! On top of that every time I call the 1800 number no one can direct my calls properly

Your warranty is about useless at sears. They are hanging on by a thread and don’t have any service techs left. I would eat the cost and just pay a local company to repair it

Sears sucks

I have been waiting 8 weeks for a tv replacement. I have made over a dozen phone calls and they say it takes time. I have the protection agreement which seems to be a waste of money. I sure would like to talk to this Ed Lampert but he probably busy on his yacht. Yes, I am disgusted with sears. How about some help!

A Sears manager at our local store finally took pity on us, made a call and now a replacement backpack blower is on its way. We went to the store to say thank you and found the manager has now gone to work for Lowes. We really appreciate his help in his last couple of days at Sears!

My cooktop broke. After 2 months they Could not fix it. finally agreed to replace it after literally calling every week. They no longer carry the brand nor any brand that will fit. Refuse to refund money. I purchased protection plan but all i am ever told is " sorry there is nothing we can do".
