SEARS SUCKS ***!!! I will never buy anything from Sears ever again. I will never set foot in a SEARS store again. I will not let my family shop there. We got the impression that if we had the warranty you have to pay for they might be in more of a hurry to service us - enticing us with bad service to shell out more money. I am in the apartment business and we would never let a resident go 40 days without a refrigerator! Buyer beware. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SEARS APPLIANCE - EVER IN MY LIFE. I bought a refrigerator from their outlet store. It had a bad thermastat. Within 3 weeks it died and I lost my entire refrig and freezer! I spent alot of time on the phone making an appt for repair which the BEST they could do was 5 days later. Seemed that they couldn't care less that I would be losing all that food. Frustrating!!  even thou they had instruction to due so! 3rd freezer is a ICE FOLLIEI have to defrost it once a week or I cannot get to any of my food items, as they are ingulf in ice. We purchased our refrigerator in January of 2015..By May of 2016 the ice maker stopped working. It took almost a month to get it working, but the part ordered did not fix the problem.I need to present the homeowner (I'm a renter) with a Receipt so I can get reimbursed. Aweful business practice. Waited for a service tech to come fix my fridge. Waited 3 days for appointment and nobody showed. Wasted 8 hours, was told 4 times that somebody was still coming. The best they could do is reschedule in 3 more days. No thank you, will never purchase products or warranties from sears again, and i planned on buying a Kenmore elite from sears for our new house.

Bad repair service. 2 weeks and the 3rd repair company has not done nothing but lie to me. I paid for extended warranty and the ice makers breaks down often. You get thenough run around from call center. If you can get a supervisor they lie to you.I am do pissed at Sears!
