I had your company come fix my washer REF# 40381648 . I had one problem after another with the service people and customer service had to get supervisor involved. After your tech "fixed" my washer it worked for maybe a month then of course my warranty was out so when it started acting up again I couldn't afford to get it fixed. Well I was just able to have someone and your tech NEVER connected the drum so it spun and stripped the threads. After this EXPERIENCE I will NEVER buy or have Sears involved with any appliance I need. Wtf ***

Details
Scheduled appointment for refrigerator repair thru Sears Home Warranty for October 3rd, 4th, and 7th, waited 4 hours each day and no one showed up because of "technical error". I now have a fourth confirmed appointment and I have very little cofidence that anyone will show up. The technical error may be with the language barrier I experienced with the call center personal.

You will not get a penny back. You are correct on the tech not knowing how to read a meter. Sears techs are only salesman pushing there home warranty that is a scam

sears sent two repair men to have my dryer fixed.came out and told me the problem. after over 2 weeks with the job not done you sent another man with the same answer I TOLD HIM THAT HE REALLY DID NOT HAVE TO COME SINCE HE HAD NOT COME TO COMPLETE THE JOB. YOU SENT A VERY RUDE AND PREJUDICE WHITE MAN TO MY HOME AND THEN YOU TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I HAVE CALLED SO MANY TIMES AND I HAVE DEALT WITH VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH A LOT OF TIMES I HAVE BEEN PUT ON HOLD AND THEN I AM DISCONNECTED. Details
I called on 9/9 to set a repair for 9/10. I was told that a repair person will be at my location on 9/10 at the designated time when I was available. I changed my plans to accommodate the repair. Today 9/10, I receive a text saying that my repair is scheduled for 9/11. This is unacceptable. Your customer service people have no idea know what they're doing, if they can't set a simple repair schedule accurately or correctly. It's no wonder, with poor service like this, that Sears is losing business and going under.

I refrigerator is under warranty had a technician come out last Thursday on the 5th and just stood there and said the door is off track and closed the door and said it'll be 24 hours for cool never even looked behind the refrigerator never check anything out and he was on his phone the whole time and he act like we were a big inconvenience and annoyance for him and we had one come out today he walked in looked at the refrigerator and said hey you need freon in a compressor let's fix it the other guy just didn't want to do the work

Paid $69 a month for total home coverage had garage door problem called for service garage door had problem going down tech came to look i have copy of report stating just Wayne dalton opener no parts available nothing about springs come and see door still opens got report from sears and lied on report saying springs were worn untrue i sent copies to sears cchs.com

I understand your pain! I bought the Master Protection Plan on all my appliances for the last nine years and when something big happened like the ice maker didn't shut off and I came home to a kitchen full of water it took 2 weeks before they came to just see what the problem was then another 2 weeks for repair.

I had extensive damage $3700 to flooring as the laminate had been discontinued so 2 rooms had to be repaired . They have done nothing ! Got yelled at for turning in my food loss and I got mad and hung up on her. This happened in March and flooring just got replaced yesterday .

I had to turn it into my insurance so with my deductible taken out I owned the rest as Sears has never gotten back with my insurance. Since this has happened I replaced my Sears Washer and dryer with a Speed Queen and in the process of replacing Fridge with an Amana from my home town appliance store.

Sears keeps calling wanting me to purchase another Protection plan as mine expired this month I refuse to answer the phone as I will go off on them. Sears will offer some good prices but buyer beware they offer horrible customer service and don't stand behind their Master Protection plans as I could of bought several new appliances with what I spent on their plans Buyer Beware don't let them suck you in !
