I refrigerator is under warranty had a technician come out last Thursday on the 5th and just stood there and said the door is off track and closed the door and said it'll be 24 hours for cool never even looked behind the refrigerator never check anything out and he was on his phone the whole time and he act like we were a big inconvenience and annoyance for him and we had one come out today he walked in looked at the refrigerator and said hey you need freon in a compressor let's fix it the other guy just didn't want to do the work

It seems to appear to be the right solution, but Sears literally pays the BBB for their A- rating. This is how the BBB is funded and underwritten.

Accelerate your cause to the Attorney General of your state of residence and the ETC, Federal Trade Commission. There are also available resources with NACA and hire a consumer protection attorney who has experienced and legal issues with Sears and how their conduct has caused these problematic issues.

I would have to say the Sears service is non existent. Can not rate it poor, because I've been calling for a month. Yes, a month to get my washer at least checked out, let alone repaired! I got the extended warranty/service plan in '13. Was told someone would service yearly. Never happened. Called because the washer stopped working 1/30/16 and every week since. The first call the lady I talked to went through all the diagnostics, said it was the circuit board. I'll order it and sen it to you. We'll call and set up an appointment to install. Part never arrived! Never got a call for repair. Have called every week since for service! Every time I've called I've been assured I will be contacted within 24 hours or the next Tuesday if you happen to call on a Thursday. I'm out $50 so far in laundromat costs. Which I was told would be reimbursed by Josh. Which also said his manager would call me by the end of the day. Two weeks ago! Still waiting for the manager to call. My whole Sears experience would be rated horrible at best. Please contact me Sears! sfulton64@hotmail.com The washer is in Warranty until October!

So just a note to say I will never ever use SEARS ever again! I had a full protection agreement on my washer and for 3 weeks, 3 straight appointments in a row NO ONE SHOWED UP to fix it!! I called the 3rd party who the job was outsourced to and they didn't even bother to call back. The service is horrible!!! and SEARS is repair is a joke!!!!! I want a full refund on my money for the protection agreement and Sears says call back tomorrow, our files need to update over night!!!

Sears did not honored the 2 year computer warranty

I bougth a computer in October 2013 and paid for a 2 year full warranty. In August 18,2015 I took my computer to the repair center in Puerto Rico and they told me they no longer repair computers . So they gave me a telephone to call (I-800-927-7836) which I did. After 45 minutes talking with the service representative they told me the warranty did not cover the repair (to fix the laptop cover right side).I told them that when I bougth the warranty for 2 year they did not informed nor gave me any document indicating that there were limitations in the warranty ,so I assumed it was a full warranty. The warranty cost was $121.99 or 34% of the computer cost of $349.99.My salescheck # is 010179020274

Sears in San Francisco, California - Gas Range 1 1/2 years horrible service

I have a dual all Gas Oven and a repair person was sent out to check the issue with the oven. Sears must use 3rd party repair folks because this person was horrible and still after 3 weeks no response back after leaving several messages to find out what can be done to get my Stove working again. Today I received an email with the question whether I have received the replacement part and called Sears folks. Well as it turns out they haven't sent the part out nor do they have one.....They state the part is back ordered (on a 1 1/2 old stove) - must be lots of bad ovens out there with horrible quality manufacturing (don't by from Sears is what I take away from this if an oven can't last for more than 1 1/2 years. They told me the back ordered part won't be available until August 15th (that means another 6 weeks without a stove) unacceptable. The alternative is to give me $500 credit to buy a new Stove (that is for a $2,700 stove that is basically brand new).....This is insanity.....do not buy any Sears Appliances is what I am learning from this experience.....bad quality, bad service, poor response time....very very disappointing.

I called again today (8883918868) and was told my repair was now being handled by, I think something like, Global Go (8882395570). Called them and was told my mower hasn't been scanned in yet and no timetable was available when repair would begin.
