I am very disappointed in Sears appliance repair and their lack of customer service.My washer broke on Monday August 11 and the earliest appointment I could get was August 15.
The tech did not show on August 15 and after repeated attempts I was not able to get an appointment on August 16. I was told I did not have an appointment on the 16Th. I think I should be automatically scheduled the 1st appointment on the 16th. I have been on the phone over 5 hours trying to get this resolved.
I will never but another appliance from Sears!!!!!!
