I am very disappointed in Sears appliance repair and their lack of customer service. My washer broke on Monday August 11 and the earliest appointment I could get was August 15.

The tech did not show on August 15 and after repeated attempts I was not able to get an appointment on August 16. I was told I did not have an appointment on the 16Th. I think I should be automatically scheduled the 1st appointment on the 16th. I have been on the phone over 5 hours trying to get this resolved.

I will never but another appliance from Sears!!!!!!

What is happening to customer service??? It seems like no one is interested in keeping customers anymore.

Are the big companies really making that much money. I too have had bad experiences with Sears Service Department.
