I am outraged about the shoddy, insensitive service and rip off prices that Sears provided my 95 year old mother.She made an telephone appointment with Sears to repair her stove between 3 pm and 5 pm.
Sears them left her a message that they would be at her home between 8 am and 5 pm, ignoring her arrangements. This forced caused her anxiety and kept her awake all night long for fear she's miss an early morning call. The technician arrived at 3:30 pm.
Them she was charged an outrageous $382, almost half the cost of a new stove, for a tiny replacement of a minor part.We will never do business with Sears again.
