I am outraged about the shoddy, insensitive service and rip off prices that Sears provided my 95 year old mother. She made an telephone appointment with Sears to repair her stove between 3 pm and 5 pm.

Sears them left her a message that they would be at her home between 8 am and 5 pm, ignoring her arrangements. This forced caused her anxiety and kept her awake all night long for fear she's miss an early morning call. The technician arrived at 3:30 pm.

Them she was charged an outrageous $382, almost half the cost of a new stove, for a tiny replacement of a minor part. We will never do business with Sears again.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Sears. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
