I want to address the issue that Sears has nothing to do with Sears outlets. All they are - mailbox between a customer and a store.
I would say it is a mockery as the outlets do have Sears name and Sears should be responsible for how they operate and customer services.
Bought a dryer 3 weeks ago, never worked a single day, had multiple technicians on site and spare parts being ordered, still not fixed. Demanded rhe dryer to be replaced. Big Sears said nothing they can do just to relay my frustration to the outlet since they have no control over them. I bought a dryer from the outlet because I thought it was Sears!!
This is a mockery and a customer fraud. If the outlet has Sears name, Sears should be fully responsible for customer services.
