I had a repair set upor Sautrday 12/1.The website states that the tech will call befor arriving.

He called when at my door. Not hearing them, dispatch called and said he was there. I called them back, they daid they would have him return. I would hear from the in 20 minutes.

45 minutes later I had to call back. Now he was out of the area. The next Saturday they are available is 1/8. Supervisors and Customer Service reps could not givre any additional help.

Was told the websdite is incorrect.Then, why is it there.
