Sears has hands down the worst technicians, customer service and logistics I have ever seen.I have been stood up for repair service 4 times now. I had to take 4 days off of work for them and still no repair. They have terrible communication. Even the blue ribbon service department has not helped me at all.I would never go to a sears store or buy a sear product. I recommend everyone stay away from Sear period.

This is so unbelievable that i can not believe they are actually still in business.

Please if you have a horror story about Sears post it every where!

Monetary Loss: $600.
