They have the worst return policy. My aunt bought an outfit for my daughter.
I thought it was too big, so I wanted to exchange it for something else. Because by the time it would fit her, it'll be Summer weather and I live in CA, so it's HOT all year round. I have tried 3 times to do an exchange and they kept asking me for my aunt's phone number which i provided and each time, they kept telling me, the phone number isn't in the system with this particular purchase. I even had my aunt call in and they kept telling me the outfit wasn't purchased under my aunt.
I ended up leaving the outfit there on the sear's counter because it just wasn't worth it. Make your return policy A LOT easier and maybe your stores won't be closing!!!!!!
