Sears used to be family and customer friendly. Trying to not go under they have made changes to things like return policies, not looking at the big picture they are cutting their own throats.

I bought a coat, used my shop your way number, loyal customer. Was out of town, brought it back on day 31 and they wouldn't even let me exchange let alone return. Terrible, don't they see what they're doing to themselves?

Trying to save money by limiting returns only shrinks their overall customer base therefore their sales and bottom line. Pretty soon no one will buy anything, whether they return it or not, no sales equals failure.
