I dont understand their "new policy" of requiring a drivers license for returns & even exchanges ( for $10 items!) Twice I had receipts & had charged the items on Sears card.There is absolutely no reason to require my I.D.No other stores do this--not even discount big-boxes!
Employees always very rude, totally ignorant & too busy on their phones to help customers in Irondequoit,NY.I'm so done with this company-cut up my card today.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss not as described of sears return policy. Sears needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
