Purchased a glider and was sent four folding chairs. After much inter fighting thru emails and phone, I was finally sent the shipping label for returning the folding chairs.

Returned the chairs and it's be two months now trying to get my $169.00 back. Called and been on line with emails more times than I can count. Looks like I'm not getting funds back, but will pester them to eternity just for the principle of it.

My advice...Don't buy from sears on line, Just let them fade away like they should. Not the company they were when they were listed as sears and roebuck........
