The telephone service does not work. It's inability to solve problems that consumers have is amazing.
How about if you could talk to a real person to find the answers to questions that you have instead of talking to a computer? Ultimately you talk to someone obviously in some country other than ours ,that you cant understand ,and can't help you.
What's the matter with you people and your business practices? Keep cutting your business cost and forgetting that it is the consumer who is looking for quality and service who will ultimately be the reason for your loss of income..
