a scheduled appointment for me was rescheduled after confirmation was given.Tney said they overbooked.I woke up early and had someone move furniture for their arrival.after 2 hours of waiting for them they called.They could not give me another app. for 10 days I am disabled.

It is 95 degrees today my sears ac needs recharging.I went with sears because my ac is sears and they used to br reliable,dependable,and stand by their work, now a I have to see if someone else can come before it reaches such a high temp. I have to move out.

Sorry to hear about your a/c

Sears delivery and repairmen are overworked and understaffed. They overbook their workers and it ends up causing a back log of customers and frustrations. Not the same company that it used to be.
